Neon Bear exists to support agencies, to free up time so they can focus on their core skills to achieve their goals. I chose to build this because I genuinely like helping people understand their numbers. I’m excited to show them the positive impact it can have on their business and personal goals. When I work with a client, I very much see myself as one of the team, so I love hearing about the business plans and celebrating the successes. I’m not shy of a challenge outside of work too, and I’m proud to have run multiple marathons.
What are you most passionate about in life?
Kindness! Be true to yourself and be kind to all other humans.
Meera Shah

Bit of Background about Meera and her experience:
Born in Kenya and came to the UK in 1999 to experience a change of life and is now happily settled in the UK. A part-qualified ACCA member who has over 20 years of experience working for accountancy businesses.
Interest/fun facts:
Meera enjoys hiking, camping, swimming, cycling & running. Travelling to learn about different cultures and traditions is a passion, alongside wildlife. Life goals are to climb Mount Kilimanjaro and hike along the Inca Trail. Meera is the team baker and great at making show-stopping cakes.
Outside of work:
Going for long walks with her dog Bailey is her favourite relaxation tip. Gardening is another, although it’s been a challenge to get the snails and slugs off the plants and not to forget the squirrels (while trying to be organic).

Their tight-knit team is full of fun-loving, hardworking, friendly people – who are all passionate about delivering a first-class service. They’re the very best at what they do (and they make sure we look good, too).

Managing Pawtner
I joined Neon Bear as they didn’t discriminate against my (occasional) flatulence. My main role is to provide cuddles on demand and interrupt important meetings to play games, though I can occasionally be found putting my paws to a tax return. I take pride in everything I do, but I’m MOST proud of my ball collection (I’m a master at finding new balls while out walking). When I’m not at work, I keep myself busy by chasing squirrels.
